We take the privacy of our customers seriously and require all legal requests to follow proper procedures to ensure both compliance and protection of customer rights.
Types of Legal Requests We Accept

All requests must be legally valid and issued by a U.S. court or government agency with proper jurisdiction.
How to Submit a Request

Please ensure the request is submitted from an official government or law enforcement email address. We recommend including the request as a PDF attachment. If the request includes sensitive information, please encrypt the file and send the password in a separate email.
Required Information
To help us process your request efficiently, please include:

The name of the issuing authority or agency

The name and title of the requesting officer or attorney

Contact phone number and official email address

A clear description of the information requested

Relevant dates, phone numbers, or account identifiers

Applicable deadline, if any
Response Time
We aim to respond to valid requests in a timely manner. Expedited processing may be requested in cases involving imminent harm, safety threats, or other urgent matters.
Notice to Customers
Unless legally prohibited or in cases of emergency, we may notify customers before disclosing their information in response to a legal request.
Preservation Requests
To preserve data pending the issuance of legal process, please include “Preservation Request” in the subject line and specify the relevant account identifiers and preservation duration.
